These Terms govern your use of hypevendz.com (the "Store"), operated by HypeVendz ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these Terms.

Products and pricing

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We aim to describe products accurately, but colours and details may vary slightly. We reserve the right to correct errors, change prices, and limit quantities at any time.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy, which we may accept or decline. A contract is formed when we dispatch your order. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment provider. We do not store your full card details.

Returns

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Intellectual property

All content on this Store (logos, text, images) is owned by or licensed to HypeVendz and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HypeVendz is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Store or its products. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and applicable EU law. This does not remove consumer protections you are entitled to in your country of residence.
