Email us at contact@hypevendz.com within 30 days of your purchase. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue. We will respond within 24 hours.

 

Eligible for refund:

• The supplier contact you received does not respond within 48 hours
• - The contact details provided are incorrect or non-functional
  

Not eligible for refund:

• Refund requests made more than 30 days after purchase
• - Orders where the supplier contact has been used to place an order

As all products are digital downloads delivered via email, we do not accept returns of the vendor list itself. Our guarantee covers the functionality of the supplier contact provided.
